TOWA supports the use of labels in sizes from 18×20 mm to 60×100 mm rolled into a roll (maximum outer diameter of the label roll 100 mm).

How it works – The Mech-Sensor detects the space between each label and automatically stops when the next label is detected. The feeding stroke can automatically adjust itself. The APN series is the ultimate tool simply designed for high performance in labellers. Just place the labels in place to operate it.

There are three types of APN depending on the width of the labels:

APN-30 is easy to use;
APN-60 is the most popular;
The APN-100 is handy for wide labels.

Applicable label length:
APN-30 from 18 to 60 mm
APN-60 from 18 to 60 mm
APN-100 from 18 to 60 mm

Applicable label width:
APN-30 from 20 to 30 mm
APN-60 from 25 to 60 mm
APN-100 from 55 to 100 mm

Note:

Labels less than 50 microns thick cannot be used;
The maximum outer diameter of the label roll is 100 mm;
The diameter of the inner core of the labels – from 25 to 40 mm;
A space of 2-3 mm is required between each label;
Mech-Sensor detects label heights from 18 mm to 60 mm without any adjustment;
Some types of film, synthetic paper, and other specialty labels may not be supported;
